Martin Green has written and recorded eight CDs of varied, guitar-based music initially to raise money for St Nicholas’ Church Restoration Fund, following an arson attack in 2008. The restoration project is now complete, and you can find details of the new church here.
From March 2024, Martin is featured as Guest Artist in the excellent heartpower website with a mini EP:
“The Hope of Spring” - a new CD for 2022
Over an hour of new compositions and arrangements, emerging from the pandemic, but with hope.
Martin’s 2019 album called “Soul Searching” of 18 self-penned instrumentals, included a duet with Gordon Giltrap.
Gordon commented on the release,
“You should be very proud,
it really is superb!”
Martin has also been part of
“Echoes of Heaven” ,
a collaboration with Gordon.
This was released in 2008
and has been remastered and re-released under the
new title “Peace Will Fall” on the Angel Fire label.
